I understand how easy it is to go to “ear muff” mode when you see a product from a direct sales company. Been there, done that sister. As someone who is currently a part of a direct sales company, there are times I still feel that way. You hate the copy/paste generic direct messages; the “sounds too good to be true” promises; the autoship commitments when you simply wanted to help a friend.
There are plenty of flaws that come with the direct sales industry. Being a part of one has opened my eyes to the good that come from it as well. I’m not going to preach about the revenue model. Instead I’m solely talking to you, a potential customer. I want to chat about the Maskcara Beauty difference.
Maskcara Beauty Difference #1: Exclusivity
Can we all agree on the fact that shopping for foundation can be the literal worst? You guys I hated trying to color match myself! Have you ever bought a foundation because it’s what a friend was using or an influencer recommended it? Only to realize you have no clue what color you need? God bless those sweet employees at ULTA, but they have no freaking clue what to tell you. There are hundreds of foundation options in those stores. There is no way employees could be an expert in them all. Neutral, beige, warm, rosy, golden…terms vary from each company, it’s overwhelming!
The difference with Maskcara Beauty is that I, as an artist, focus only on this foundation. I have taken the time to become an expert. With one simple selfie, and maybe a few questions, I can give you the perfect match. There’s something to be said about learning everything about one brand. As opposed to knowing only a little about a lot of brands.
Maskcara Beauty Difference #2: One on One Help
I know people who love paying Sephora for a makeover. But how often are you able to go home and replicate it? Or send a message asking for help using the products you just purchased? Whether I do a makeover/color match in person or an online color match, I make myself available to my customers.
Your Maskcara Beauty experience does not end the moment you hit “confirm purchase.” If anything, it is just beginning! From video tutorials to talking through any concerns you have, I am here for you. There’s peach of mind to be found when you know help is only a quick email away.
Maskcara Beauty Difference #3: Community
The past two years with Maskcara Beauty have lead to creating an amazing VIP Facebook group. When you join you get access to live tutorials. Check out recipes and products other people are loving (and share your own!). Plus gain a feeling of empowerment and encouragement for embracing your inner and outer beauty.
I don’t know of any “traditional” company that offers you such an amazing opportunity for connection. Do you? And here’s a secret: you don’t even have to buy to be a part of it! Just click the button:
Maskcara Beauty Difference #4: Plenty of Opportunities for free product
You don’t have to have a large following to earn free product with Maskcara Beauty. You can, of course, host a “party” and invite your friends. Honestly, I think they are a great opportunity to get together, learn some make up tips, and simply have fun.
I like to take it a little further for my customers. Anyone is able to ask me for a referral link. They are able to shop through it themselves and share with friends. As time goes on customers are able to earn over $200 in store credit plus 4 items 50% off! I know Ulta and Sephora have reward programs, but do they reward you for telling a friend? And how much do you have to spend to get there?
Parties have been a major aspect of most direct sales companies. As someone who has been invited to a fair share on Facebook, I know how irritating they can be. But, change your mindset. Social Media allows you to share something you love. Most people don’t have an issue sharing their Starbucks latte. Must we be offended over makeup, a protein shake, cloth, oil, good smelling stuff, clothes, etc?
Maskcara Beauty is Different
Maskcara Beauty products have checked a lot of boxes for me. The foundation is affordable and easy to use. The cream has done wonders for my dry skin. Beyond that, being South Dakota’s premier Maskcara Beauty Artist has allowed me to connect with so many women! I love helping people define those natural features. This product empowers women to apply makeup with confidence. And when you aren’t so confident, I’m here to help.
That, sweet friend, is the Maskcara Beauty difference.
